The C Word

What a great three days at Giant Health.  So, what was the most memorable thing apart from meeting so many terrific people? for me… watching the Film: The C Word, about the causes, finance and care around cancer.  Most importantly, what we can do to help ourselves and for those we love.  The current epidemic is best captured in these words: stress, toxins, exercise and diet.  STED as an acronym will be at the centre of my mind forever.  Well done to the filmmakers and to Giant organisers.  See you next year – off to Gatwick to go home.
